Robust design, made of tin-plated cast iron with stainless steel blade and ø 0.45 cm / ¼ in. cutting discs. Easy to use, strong and can be clamped to the table or worktop. Extra high table (6 cm / 2 ¼ in.) with screw clamp.The traditional machine for making minced meat and steak tartar is more versatile than you may think.
