The induction fryer with tap is a professional and easy-to-use catering equipment for frying in fat. You can add no more than 5.5 liters of oil to the device. Made of stainless steel, which ensures easy removal of dirt and high resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. The temperature adjustment range is from 60 to 190°C.

Due to the induction technology, the heat transfer efficiency is 84% compared to other electric models (74%). It has a timer function and a thermal fuse. The device is easy to use thanks to the touch control panel with LED display. Non-slip rubber feet ensure a stable position of the fryer on the work surface.
