All about the product

The NEO temperature evaluation device (pyrometer) (ref. no. 75-275) is used to measure the surface temperature of an object with an accuracy of +/- 1.5% + 1.5 °C in the -50 400 °C range. It can measure the temperature of various hot, dangerous or hard-to-reach objects without contact. This device consists of optics, a temperature sensor, a signal amplifier, a processing circuit and an LCD display. The optics collect the infrared energy emitted by the object and focus it on the sensor. The sensor converts the energy into an electrical signal that is displayed as a digital readout. The device works without contact. It is measured in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit, and its result is displayed on a color LCD screen. The pyrometer is powered by two AAA batteries. The device is waterproof and has an IP44 degree of protection. The device is not a medical device.
