The REALPRO UV Round Filter is designed to remove the UV spectrum that causes lack of clarity and haze in photos taken on a sunny day. It can also perform protective functions for the front lens element. The most important feature of the REALPRO series is the Anti-Stain Coating (ASC), which represents the next generation of Kenko's coating technology. Thanks to this new formulation, the surface of the REALPRO UV filter will cause moisture and water droplets to collect and flow down, leaving a clean filter. This feature is highly appreciated by extreme photographers who shoot outdoors in harsh weather conditions. The REALPRO series filters are built into a thin frame, which effectively avoids the vignetting effect in wide-angle and ultra-wide-angle lenses. The frame itself is made of high-quality aluminum, and the interior is coated in black satin to prevent reflections and glare.
