The Sammic emulsifier cutter is suitable for grinding, chopping, grinding and mixing all kinds of products, such as vegetables, herbs, raw and cooked meat, fish, fruit, nuts, ice cubes, and kneading all kinds of dough. Perfect for mousses, purées, sauces, soups, sliced meat for meatballs or tartar, potato, vegetable or fruit puree, butter, e.g. with herbs, mayonnaise, and even for kneading dough or icing sugar and almond paste. The emulsifier is specially designed for working with liquids.
