The Royal Catering food dryer is perfect for use both in the home kitchen and for professional use in gastronomy and agritourism farms for drying mushrooms, fruits, vegetables, herbs, meat and fish.

The dryer has a power of 1000 W , so it quickly reaches an operating temperature of 40-90°C . The power is regulated using a knob. The timer allows you to work without supervision for up to 15 hours. The large capacity of the chamber allows drying many products at the same time, which can be placed on 10 openwork grids made of stainless steel. The body of the device is also made of stainless steel , which is very resistant. 4 silicone mats prevent products from sticking to the trays and allow drying of wet fruits such as bananas and strawberries.
