The mold is part of the Patisse Series Classique. The product is covered with a non-stick coating, which facilitates the release of the dough from the mold and facilitates cleaning. The steel used ensures optimal heat conduction, thanks to which the cakes are baked beautifully and evenly. Made of high-quality 0.30 mm thick ECCS steel. Coated with a scratch-resistant, non-stick Whitford Xylan coating with a thickness of 6-8 µm. Delicious cupcakes with chocolate, frosting or classic Easter cupcakes prepared in it will bake evenly, and thanks to the non-stick coating, we can easily remove them from the mold. Height 11.2 cm. The mold can be used up to a maximum temperature of 215°C.
