All about the product
FIBER OPTIC CONNECTORFiber optic connectors are designed to connect optical fibers. They allow to switch and connect optical lines. Thanks to the highest quality optical connectors the lowest attenuation is guaranteed. Each connector is different, depending on the type of optical fiber and the size and polishing method of the ferrule. Ferrula is a tube, which is made of ceramic sinter and it is a cover and guide for optical fiber in connector.
ST CONNECTORS
It is characterized by a quick bayonet-type closing element and a spring that holds the fiber. Most commonly used in network applications such as LANs. Horizontally mounted simplex or duplex adapters are available in plastic housings.
