The mold is part of the Patisse Series Classique. The product is covered with a non-stick coating, which facilitates the release of the dough from the mold and facilitates cleaning. The steel used ensures optimal heat conduction, thanks to which the cakes are baked beautifully and evenly. It has two replaceable bottoms, one classic flat and the other with a tube. The bottoms fit tightly to the edge with a buckle. Classic Patisse Line products are made of high-quality 0.30 mm thick ECCS steel. Coating with NON-STICK coating - 6-8 µm thick Whitford Xylan gives all users a guarantee that the cake will turn out without any surprises. Detachable bow with clip fits snugly to the base. Height 6.5 cm. The mold can be used up to a maximum temperature of 215°C.
