HobControl Pro®Cooking under full control – no need to stir, and no overboiling or burned food? It is finally doable with HobControl Pro®! 4 precise temperature control programmes: for melting, stewing, slow cooking, and grilling that will never fail – no matter the pot size or even when more water is added to the pot in the process! This is possible by applying smart algorithms which sense the heating zone temperature on an ongoing basis and precisely set the right heating power to what is actually cooking in the pot. Precision melting programme (40°C)
Forget about that hot water bath. Now, chocolate can be melted and butter can be clarified with confidence that nothing will ever curdle or burn – the new HobControl® cooking hob will take care of that! A precise temperature control programme for melting food, driven by a smart algorithm will make sure there is no need to stand by the hob and watch the whole process, as the hob will take over. The results will be perfect every time.
Precision stewing programme (70°C)
Cooking a lecsó or a stew, frying a lekvar, or heating up a thick sauce; all that stuff always sticking to the bottom of the pot is no longer a hassle! This is possible with a precise temperature control programme that will make sure nothing gets burned to the pot. Set the programme by pressing one sensor and from then on, the HobControl® hob takes charge of the cooking. The smart algorithm allows the hob to precisely control the heating output just enough for the size and contents of the pot.
