All about the product
The Newell BG-E8 is a high quality, fully functional Canon grip replacement. It stands out for its precise machining, perfectly balanced center of gravity and profile that ensures the highest comfort when working with the camera. It holds firmly in the hand, especially when we use large lenses or shoot in a vertical position. The comfortable, rubberized all-round grip allows you to use one or two LP-E8 batteries. An alternative power source is AA batteries, which can be inserted into the handle using a special case (included). Using a container with Ni-MH batteries ensures better performance of the camera at low temperatures and emergency power when no access to the charger is available. The Newell BG-E8 has all the features known from the original Canon grip: a two-position shutter release button, a setting dial, an AF/EF lock/miniature/reduce button and an AF area select/reduce button. In its lower part, there is also a thread for attaching the camera to a tripod and a place for a wrist strap.Dedication: Canon EOS 550D Power: one or two LP-E8 batteries or 6 AA batteries / batteries
