All about the product
Zwieger OBSIDIAN pan, made of aluminum. The inner part of the pan is covered with an innovative three-layer Greblon coating. This coating is more resistant to scratches than other coatings, so it is used to produce the highest quality dishes. The Zwieger pan conducts and retains heat well. The pan can be used on all types of hobs, including induction. The maximum working temperature is 220 ° C degrees. The handle is made of POM material, which does not transmit heat, and additionally has a special soft coating for a comfortable and safe grip.
Do not wash in mechanical dishwashers. It is best to use silicone, nylon or wooden cookware to fry food in a pan.
