Metal-encased gigabit media converter with LFP (Link Fall Pass) feature between 10/100/1000Base-T Ethernet and 1000Base-LX WDM/BiDi fiber network (singlemode). The media converter works with one fiber at a maximum distance of 20 km. The media converter in question is suitable as a terminal device at the resident's end of Elisa's / DNA / Telia's building association networks implemented with fiber optic technology.
