Thanks to the new technology, the filament is up to 50% more efficient (more brightness and more light on the road), and the unique design guarantees a long and stable operation. The filament is for original Xenon headlights that require D2S bulbs (Xenon headlights with a lens). It does not require any installation changes. It has a perfectly set focal length and a voltage plug typical of a D2S bulb. It can only be used with a D2S xenon converter or another with a D2 adapter.
