A very popular, cost-effective, unalloyed copper coated hard manganese silicon wire, SG2 SPG3S grade, for all position welding of structural, boiler and shipbuilding low carbon steels and fine grain carbon-manganese steels in a gas shield.
It can be used with Ar/CO2 mixture and pure CO2 as shielding gas.
Tysweld wire is produced exclusively by precision winding and is wound on metal and plastic spools.
An adapter must be used for metal coils.
The wire is produced in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 quality system requirements and is widely used in engineering, automotive, petrochemical, boiler and shipbuilding, container industries, etc.
The wire has a stable arc, good stitch appearance and very little spatter.
Recommended as a basic welding wire for ordinary steel.
