The Norden 28 cm steel frying pan has a thick base and a multi-layer construction from edge to edge, which allows the entire surface of the dish to heat evenly, and is perfect for frying or roasting meat and other foods. The middle aluminum layer, located between the inner and outer stainless steel layers, ensures even and efficient heating on all hobs. The Ceratec™ layer with Thermium™ mineral treatment gives the pan an exceptional non-stick surface, even at high temperatures, without compromising the beautiful steel design of the pan. As a result, Norden cookware is perfect for even the most delicate ingredients and helps bring out the many rich flavors in your dish.
