Its innovative HOLD function freezes the weight display for 10 seconds: A really practical feature when weighing up to 20 kg of ingredients or large items that conceal the display. The weight is displayed on the extra-large white LCD display in white illuminated digits, in 1-gram steps, and is easy to read, even in poor lighting. For added convenience, the Page Profi 300 also comes with two Sensor Touch fields that respond to the lightest of touches.

Complex recipes with a long list of ingredients pose no problem for this digital kitchen scale; its tare function means another ingredient can be added at any time.
