The professional OXO Chef's Mandoline 2.0 mandolin cuts up to 21 different cuts, e.g. straight, wavy and waffle-like slices. With the mandolin, you can also have French and Julienne surgeries. You can change the thickness of the slice in 0.5 mm increments. The device is safe to use, as its rubber feet do not slip on the table and the ergonomic round hand guard gives a good working position while protecting your hand from aging.
