The voltage converter converts the input DC voltage DC 12V (or DC 24V, depending on the model) into the output AC voltage AC 230V / 50Hz. It can be used to power various electrical devices designed to be powered from the mains. For example, mobile phone or laptop chargers, computers, lamps, televisions, power tools, etc., if the power consumption of these devices is within the power range of the voltage converter. The inverter input is protected against overvoltage and undervoltage (protects, for example, from excessive discharge of the power battery). A fan is installed to cool the inverter electronics (depending on the model). The inverter electronics have a built-in thermal protection. The inverter input power is handled by terminals, the cables are part of the package. The 230 V output is controlled by a standard socket
