The chimney outlet is positioned in a way that forces the smoke to make an extra round inside the grilling/smoking chamber. Grilling/smoking area 72 x 37 cm. Warming rack 65.5 x 14 cm, enameled steel wire. The firebox has its own robust enameled 39 x 37 cm cooking grates for grilling directly above the embers. The flat lid of the firebox can be used for preparing food or keeping it warm. The firebox and grilling/smoking chamber is made from 3-mm-thick rolled steel. The powder coating has a thermal resistance of 600 °C. Air is lead to the embers through a large air vent in the firebox. Smoke is fed out of the grilling/smoking chamber through a chimney.
