Care:
After cooking on the Petromax cast iron plate, allow it to cool before cleaning. It is very easy to clean, requiring no cleaning liquids or unnecessary tools. All you need is hot water and a brush. Pour water and use hand movements to scrub away dirt. Once the dirt is removed, dry the plate and apply natural edible oil. Store in a dry place.
