300mm working length Distar RM-TX diamond core bits designed for drilling reinforced concrete, concrete, and masonry in dry mode using drills with MICROSHOCK function.

Suitable for more powerful diamond drills over 3.0 kW without MICROSHOCK function.

Diamond segments are manufactured using DIAFIX technology - diamonds are arranged in straight lines, allowing for a smooth and exceptionally high-speed cut through concrete or other hard materials.

Diamond segments are laser welded to the body, making them much more resistant to overheating and breakage.

RM-TX drills are an excellent solution for drilling holes in renovated spaces where water cannot be used.

RM-TX core bits (300 mm working drilling length) are produced in the following diameters: 42, 52, 62, 72, 82, 102, 112, 122, 132, 142, 152 mm.

DISTAR RM-TX Core bit characteristics when used with drills having a micro shock function.

Rotation frequency 1100 - 2100 rpm
Impact amplitude 0.25 - 0.5 mm
Number of impacts 28000 - 45000 bpm


Suitable for drilling with hand drills and diamond drills without micro shock function with power from 3.0 kW to 5.0 kW and equipped with dust extraction.

Note: As the drilling speed decreases or the core bit stops drilling, it is recommended to refresh the diamond segments by grinding on a special sharpening stone.

Standard connection: 1 1/4 UNC.

To avoid overheating of the core bit and extend its service life - good dust extraction/cooling through the core bit and the central drill axis is essential.
