All about the product
Electric cutter PROFI LINE RED EDITION is intended for professional industrial use. It has an aluminum body with non-slip feet and hardened stainless steel blades that are set diagonally. The slicer is equipped with an air-cooled motor with overheating protection, which ensures high power for cutting meat. The device has a blade guard and an integrated sharpener. The trolley with a protective coating, a product clamp and a vertical block allows for quick and easy disassembly for cleaning. The cutter meets all safety requirements for industrial equipment, including protection against starting after removing the sharpener or blade guard. The carriage can only be locked and removed when the blade is set to "0" cutting thickness. Not suitable for cutting yellow cheese, but cheese can be cut using a Teflon-coated knife, sold separately. The cutter has an integrated sharpener, an acrylic guard, a strong clamp and a locking mechanism. The body is red.
