Manufacturer number: Hendi 629390Durable aluminum alloy pans "TITANIUM PROFESSIONAL" from the Profi Line series by Hendi are dishes that will be used in restaurants, hotels and other catering establishments. It is characterized by high work quality and up to 30% energy saving, which is especially important in the HoReCa industry.
The body of the pan is made of hard cast aluminum and coated with Whitford® Xylan coating, which prevents food from sticking and is resistant to temperatures up to 250 degrees C. The structure of the pan is enriched with a titanium layer between the aluminum and the non-stick coating, which makes it much more resistant to mechanical damage.
