COMPATIBLE WITH 1.4X AND 2X TELECONVERTERS

The M.ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 150-600mm F5.0-6.3 IS lens individually covers a focal range of 300mm to 1200mm* and is compatible with the M.ZUIKO DIGITAL 1.4x Teleconverter MC-14 and the M.ZUIKO DIGITAL 2x Teleconverter MC -20. Combined with the MC-20, it expands to an impressive 600-2400mm equivalent*. Such versatility is invaluable when shooting with a super telephoto lens, especially when capturing distant wildlife that is difficult to approach. Capturing full-size images without cropping significantly improves image quality. The 4x zoom range allows for flexible framing, ensuring clear, high-resolution images throughout the zoom range. IMAGE STABILIZATION AND SPLASH AND DUST RESISTANCE

This lens has a built-in image stabilization mechanism. Combined with in-body 5-axis sync IS image stabilization, it provides up to 7 shutter speed stops of stabilization. When used alone, it provides up to 6 stops of shutter speed stabilization. This stability allows steady handheld shooting, especially in super-telephoto and low-light conditions, reducing the need for a tripod and allowing the user to focus on capturing moments in nature. Designed with an IPX1 equivalent splash and dust resistant construction, it can be used without worry in rainy environments or situations where splashing water is likely. The front of the lens is coated with fluorine, making it easier to quickly wipe away raindrops, dust or dirt, so you can continue shooting without waiting.

EASE OF USE AND CLOSE-UP CAPABILITIES

The M.ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 150-600mm F5.0-6.3 IS lens offers customizable zoom ring torque settings, allowing for smooth (S) and tight (T) modes with a zoom torque switch and shutter to suit a variety of shooting scenarios. Lock (L) mode locks the lens in place at the wide-angle end to prevent it from accidentally extending during wear. It also features a focus limiter switch, focus mode switch, IS (image stabilization) switch and L-Fn (lens function) button for increased shooting convenience. It also has excellent close-up capabilities, with a closest focusing distance of 0.56m at the wide-angle end and 2.8m at the telephoto end. Maximum image magnification of 0.7x1 at the wide-angle end and 0.39x1 at the telephoto end transforms it into a telemacro lens, capturing exquisite detail on small subjects such as flowers and insects. Together with the teleconverter, this lens is equivalent to a macro lens and expands the possibilities of outdoor photography. The M.ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 150-600mm F5.0-6.3 IS lens supports focus stacking, which captures multiple shots at different focal positions to produce a single image with an extended focus range.
