High performance disc grinder

A high-quality grinder made of hardened steel with a diameter of 50 mm ensures excellent grinding results with a high capacity (1-1.5 g/sec.) for any type of preparation. The integrated "ACE system" prevents the sticking of coffee grounds and static charging.

Perfectly variable grind setting

In order to fine-tune the way the coffee beans are prepared, the grinding level can be set steplessly and extremely precisely with the adjustment dial on the top of the device.

Consistent grinding results

The variable timer of this coffee grinder ensures repeatability in every grinding process. It can be turned on at any time if needed and the minimal empty space always results in fresh, precise grinding results. Of course, after turning off the timer, the process of grinding individual quantities can also be started manually.

Manual grinding process

When preparing espresso coffee, the portafilter of the espresso machine can simply be hooked into the portafilter holder and does not need to be inserted by hand during the grinding process.

The metal body of the GRAEF CM1012 is finished in matte black and gives the coffee grinder a timeless, solid look.

Clever portafilter holder

The removable stainless steel portafilter holder is height adjustable so it can be adapted to the appropriate portafilter size. If necessary, the included support can be attached to prevent slipping and protect the material.
