Strong and abrasion resistant, Spectrum PA6 Low Warp is an extremely durable building material based on polyamide 6, enriched with additives that limit the high shrinkage that occurs when processing this type of material. One of the most important properties of Spectrum PA6 Low Warp filaments is: resistance to fuel and oil, high impact resistance and very good mechanical properties. The improved integrity of the Spectrum PA6 Low Warp material allows for a significant reduction in the "curl" effect, that is, the disconnection of the contact surface of the bottom base of the manufactured part from the work table. A significant reduction in this negative impact is associated with a small recycling shrinkage of 0.3%. Additives that improve the properties of the material itself turn it into a self-lubricating material, so the produced parts can be used in places where friction occurs. In addition, the produced elements will have good electrical insulating properties, as well as physiological inertness. The properties of Spectrum PA6 Low Warp, which are very attractive from a technical point of view, can be achieved by following the basic storage rules for this type of material (in a dry and dark place, where the humidity is below 15%). To get the best parameters of the printed object, it is recommended to dry the material before starting work.
