The filament is for original xenon headlights that require D5S bulbs (xenon headlights with a lens). It does not require any installation changes. It has a perfectly defined focal length and a voltage plug typical of the D5S bulb. It can only be used with the D5S xenon converter. These bulbs have a built-in igniter.
