Folian 5-MTHF Methyl 600 µg – a dietary supplement containing active folic acid in the form of calcium L-methyl folate. Calcium L-methyl folate is an active, crystalline, and methylated form of folic acid that is available to the body immediately after ingestion, without additional metabolic transformations. Folates contribute to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy, help ensure normal blood formation and amino acid synthesis, help reduce feelings of fatigue and exhaustion, and participate in the process of cell division. Folates also help ensure normal immune system function and maintain normal psychological functions.
Recommended daily serving of the product necessary to achieve a positive effect: Take 1 capsule per day with a meal. Drink with water (250 ml). Recommended daily serving – 1 capsule.
