The new comfortable and versatile SkyWatcher Star Adventurer 2i Pro Pack mount is perfect for both astrophotography and slow-motion filming/photography. The mount has a WiFi function. Through the free Star Adventurer Mini Console app designed for Android and iOS phones, the mount can be easily controlled. It is an accurate, compact, and stable platform for observing or photographing celestial objects, featuring an automation trigger function for DSLR cameras. Additionally, the mount has pre-programmed rotation functions that allow for interesting and unforgettable photos and videos.
The Star Adventurer 2i Pro Pack mount kit includes: Star Adventurer mount, ball head adapter, illuminated polar scope, L-type telescope/camera holder, equatorial base, and counterweight axis with a 1 kg counterweight. The SkyWatcher remote camera shutter control cable is purchased separately and is compatible with most popular DSLR camera models.
The head of the Star Adventurer mount can be attached to any photo/video tripod that has ¼ or 3/8 adapters. The latitude of the mount can be set either with the tripod head or with the included equatorial base (the latter method is significantly more accurate).
