The gas leak detector instantly detects harmful substances dispersed in the environment and sends an alert. It can be used autonomously or connected to a broader security system.
The gas leak detector instantly detects harmful substances dispersed in the environment. When the gas concentration reaches 10% LEL (Lower Explosive Limit), an audible and LED light alarm signal is activated. If the detector is connected to a system, a network signal is transmitted. If the detector is connected to a valve, the gas valve is closed to stop the gas supply.
A high-sensitivity gas sensor provides reliable protection in case of combustion, explosion, or poisoning due to gas leaks.
The gas detector should be mounted on the wall, about 3m away from the gas source, to avoid false signals when using gases. For detecting low-density gases, the detector is installed about 0.3m-1m from the ceiling. In the case of liquid gases, where the gas density is higher than air, the detector is mounted about 0.3m-1m above the floor.
Notes:
The gas detector must be tested at least once every 6 months.
The gas detector requires maintenance: dust, grease, and other dirt that enter through the device's grilles can contaminate the sensor head, causing it to malfunction.
