3D printing filament PETG, 1.75mm, 1kg spool, blue color
Features:
PETG (glycol-modified polyethylene terephthalate) is a 3D printing plastic suitable for producing functional objects and items that come into contact with food (e.g., water bottles, containers, kitchen utensils).
It features high strength, flexibility, and impact resistance, making it ideal for the production of mechanical parts and precision dimension products.
TPU is recognized as safe for food use. Considering its heat resistance, its products can be washed in a dishwasher (at the appropriate temperature).
TPU is hydrophobic (does not absorb moisture) and does not dissolve.
When printing with a 3D printer, it is easier to use than ABS, but this plastic is more durable than PLA.
A heated platform is not necessary but recommended. The material practically does not shrink when cooling.
TPU plastic is best suited for food safety projects (with proper certification), mechanical parts, and outdoor objects.
Suitable for beginners due to its straightforward use.
