The two drilling templates with the integrated stop can easily be clamped between the door and the body, and helps you to align these elements parallel to each other. Thanks to the designations in the template, you are also guaranteed to determine the correct markings and drilling positions for installing your Ø-35-mm concealed hinges at the correct distance from the outer edge.
With the included centring drill bit (Ø 2.5 mm) and the Forstner drill bit, you can drill a hole of the correct size for the cup of the hinge. For subsequent clean and splinter-free installation of the screws, drill a pilot hole at the screw hole positions with the wood drill bit (Ø 5 mm). This guarantees error-free installation of your Ø-35-mm concealed hinges. Subsequently put the parts in the high-quality 2-component box, for proper storage or safe transport to the next jobsite.
