The grill pan from the Grill Pans series is perfect for frying meat. It is made out of cast iron, making it especially well-suited for searing, because it can be heated up to high temperatures and it evenly distributes heat over the entire surface of the pan, so that multiple pieces of meat can be evenly browned and fried. The matt black enamel on the inside has an excellent frying effect because it enhances the natural flavour of the ingredients. The enamel is a sturdy material that enables you to prepare many juicy steaks and other delicacies. The grill pan has a diameter of 30 cm. It is 39 cm wide including its handles and 3.5 cm in height. It is also suitable for serving food to the table with its handles attached. It can be used on any type of cooker, including an induction hob. The grill pan has grooves at the bottom of the pan which give meat its typical barbecue pattern. In addition, excess fat drains between the grooves so that your meat stays low in fat and calories in such a pan.
