How much cat food should a cat receive daily? Its age, weight and temperament are important factors when calculating the amount of food it should be given. Our specialist vet, Dr Radicke, will be happy to provide you with an individual feeding recommendation that is perfectly tailored to your cat.

The following recommended amounts serve as a general guideline:

- if a cat weighs 3 kg, it should receive 180 g of food a day
- if it weighs 4 kg, the cat should be given 220 g food daily
- if the cat has a weight of 5 kg, it can be given 260 g of food per day
