Sunlu High-Speed PLA Filament

SUNLU's High-Speed PLA is a PLA material specifically designed for high-speed printing. Compared to standard PLA, this high-speed PLA can achieve speeds up to 300% greater, reaching 600 mm/s. The material's toughness has also been increased an incredible 500% to ensure smooth extrusion and prevent potential nozzle clogging.

The print quality at speeds of 0–100 mm/s is superior to regular PLA, resulting in smoother surfaces and better overhang performance. When overhang angles are less than 70° and do not require support, this filament significantly reduces printing time and minimizes material waste. It allows for fast printing at low temperatures of 180–195 ℃, saving time and energy.

Even when printing at high speeds of ≥ 250 mm/s, it does not clog, ensuring a consistent material flow.

The heat dissipation performance of high-speed PLA is increased by 180%, allowing for faster cooling under the same conditions and enabling quick printing without material buildup.

The hardening speed of high-speed PLA is fast, which enhances rapid printing and covering performance. Excellent printer air cooling can eliminate the need for supports when covering angles are less than 70°.

The filament shrinks minimally, reducing the likelihood of cracking during fast printing and ensuring a smooth surface.

With a consistent wire diameter, high-speed PLA allows for fast printing without tangles, ensuring the material is released evenly and smoothly.
