Micro Swiss has developed a full metal hotend kit. The unique design of the cooling block eliminates the need for a heat pipe. Since there is no separate heat pipe inside the cooling block, it allows for faster heat dissipation.The thermal break is made of titanium alloy to provide excellent thermal insulation between the heater and the cooling block. Titanium is an extremely strong material and offers almost 3 times lower thermal conductivity than stainless steel, resulting in a more defined melting zone.
