Phaetus/PrimaCreator Premium Nozzles are a series of interchangeable nozzles that can make a bigger difference in your results than you think. Having a high-quality nozzle is like having a sharp pencil, you need it to get a great print. This line of nozzles is for those who want only the best. From regular PLA printing to PEEK, to carbon fiber reinforced materials, the tungsten carbide nozzle will handle them with ease.
Using the world's leading ultra-high hardness tungsten carbide (hardness > 2700 Hv (up to 2900 Hv)), extremely high wear resistance ensures long-term printing without wear of the nozzle hole and nozzle plane.
Made of extremely hard and highly conductive tungsten carbide and copper alloy, the maximum printing temperature can be 550℃.
The tungsten carbide nozzle, with a purity of over 99.98% and high thermal properties, maintains a consistent nozzle temperature during printing, ensuring stable extrusion.
The high thermal efficiency of the nozzle allows for further increases in overall print speed without compromising quality. The unique passageway in the nozzle improves the flow rate at the inner orifice more quickly.
The entire nozzle is coated with WS2 nanocoating, followed by a hard and smooth nickel coating. The surface friction coefficient is as low as 0.03, so the nozzle prints cleanly and plastic does not stick to it.
