The black Raspberry Pi 4B case is made entirely of aluminum. Due to its structure, it acts as a massive radiator, allowing for effective cooling of the raspberry. To do this, the manufacturer made sure that the top cover has properly milled elements that, through the attached thermal pads, are in direct contact with the processor IHS and RAM. The case design also protects the most important components of the raspberry, preventing mechanical damage or accidental short circuits. The case is screwed together with the screws included in the kit, so it can be disassembled several times without risking damaging its components.
Housing assembly
Before installation, stick the thermal pads (blue heat-dissipating strips included in the kit) on the top of the case as shown in the photo. The bottom case plate, together with the Raspberry Pi, must be screwed to the top case using the screws included in the kit.
