Teasome - GABA Oolong - Loose tea 50g

The whole trick consists of anaerobically treating the freshly picked leaves and continuing the normal tea making process as usual. Our GABA Oolong is moderately oxidized and subtly roasted, retaining plenty of natural sweetness. Here you can find the sweetness of watermelons, strawberries and forest fruits, as well as maple syrup or linden honey. There's a reason these teas have become incredibly popular in recent years.

How to produce:
5g of tea / 250ml of water / 90°C temp.
First brew: 2 min. / Second boiling: 3 min. / Third boiling: 5 min.
Cold brew: 10 g of tea / 1000 ml of cold water. Leave in the refrigerator for 12 hours and mix well.
