Rack distribution board RZA

The switchboard is removable, the welded parts are easily connected with screws, IP20, load capacity 300 and 400 kg.

A large switchboard and a narrow room door – this is exactly the situation that the RZA switchboard design solves. Thanks to the robust construction of the individual parts and the well-thought-out Tap-Tide bolt connection method, the high load-bearing capacity and, most importantly, the stability remain the same as in the welded version.

Dismantling
The individual parts of the RZA are connected by a screw connection system into a compact unit with the same load capacity as a welded switchboard. Most parts are connected with Tap-Tite technology threaded bolts. This ensures high strength of the bolted connection even after several disassembly. The product is delivered assembled, it can be moved to hard-to-reach places after partial or complete disassembly.

Flexible frame
(applies to a cabinet with a width of 800 mm). The system allows the installation of sliding vertical rails 19", 21" and 23", exactly according to the requirements of the installed devices.

Breakout stoppers
The cable entries (370 x 90 mm) at the rear of the cabinet are covered with knock-out plugs. The cables can be sealed in the opening with a plug with a brush to prevent dust from entering or simply surround it with a plastic protective frame (both are part of the cabinet). A dimensional opening in the ceiling, covered with a knock-out cover, allows the Tritón ventilation unit to be assembled and disassembled from outside the cabinet without the need for screws.

Removable sides and back coverRZA
RZA is a distribution board with a bolted frame and removable side panels. These, like the end cover, are secured to the frame with locks, standardly with one key.

High structural strength
RZA has a sturdy bolt-on construction. High quality workmanship and the latest technology ensure a great appearance of the cabinet.

Flexible door opening
A separate hinge system allows the door to open almost 180°. The door can be easily dismantled and converted to open from the opposite side.

Kicks Triton
We manufacture our own shelving cabinets. By replacing the plastic module (not included), you can choose between a classic or semi-cylindrical lock insert. Patent: PUV 2013-27443.

Doors for ventilation units
Special sheet metal doors can be ordered for this type of switchboard with preparation for installation of RAx-CH-X0x-X3 ventilation units. For more information, see the section "Active cooling".

Wheels, leveling feet
The cabinet can be placed on leveling feet (included), mounting wheels (load capacity 200 kg/set) and heavy-duty wheels (load capacity 800 kg/set).
