EasyPrint Carbon is a new type of high-quality plastic for your 3D printer. Natural PLA is reinforced with carbon fiber. This results in a very stiff and high-impact plastic. EasyPrint Carbon can be widely used, for example, in drone and RC parts, automotive parts and in all areas where a stiff and strong plastic is needed. Due to the abrasive nature of this plastic, we highly recommend using a 0.6 mm hardened steel nozzle or similar type nozzle.

EasyPrint Carbon is a very useful material with very unique material properties. Mixed with crushed carbon fiber, EasyPrint Carbon plastic has incredible stiffness, structure and excellent adhesion between layers. Due to the very low risk of deformation, EasyPrint Carbon is very easy to 3D print and has a matte surface after 3D printing. The finished 3D prints are very stiff and useful if you need objects with a good stiffness-to-weight ratio.

EasyPrint Carbon does not require a heating platform. If your 3D printer has one, set the temperature to 35-60 ˚C to ensure that the first layer adheres well to the surface of the print bed. Due to the abrasive nature of EasyPrint Carbon, we recommend using a hardened steel tip or similar for this plastic. Using a regular brass tip will not cause any problems, but the tip will wear out in a short time.

EasyPrint Carbon adheres to BuildTak or, even better, PEI sheet. For best results, coat the build plate with PrimaFIX or Magigoo.
