A matrix of 256 RGB LEDs, each of which can be controlled separately, displaying colors from a 24-bit palette. The elements are evenly distributed in eight rows and thirty-two columns. To control the module, you only need one pin of any microcontroller (e.g. Arduino). The system is powered by 5V, each diode (white color) needs to draw no more than 60 mA. The communication protocol used allows you to connect the matrices in series. Another NeoMatrix should be connected to the output connector, connecting 5V, GND and DOUT to DIN, respectively. The manufacturer notes that when using four or more matrices, the RAM in the Arduino Uno system may not be enough. It should also be noted that for each subsequent matrix, it will be necessary to increase the efficiency of the power source.
