Polymaker Jam-Free technology increases the heat resistance of the plastic itself (not the printed part) to 140 ˚C. This avoids any jamming issues due to the problem of hot end heat creep. Heat creep is the process where heat is unevenly distributed throughout the hot end, softening the plastic before it enters the melting chamber. By increasing the heat resistance of the plastic from 60 ˚C to 140 ˚C, it ensures that the plastic does not jam.
PolyLite PLA is a high-quality PLA designed for reliability and ease of printing. PolyLite PLA is based on high molecular weight PLA from Natureworks, making it one of the stiffest PLA materials on the market.
