Smaller, lighter and better than ever, the Revo Micro HotEnd uses the smallest heatsink ever made. Weighing just 30g, use the Revo Micro to increase the speed of your motion system. Adaptable to Bowden or direct drive setups, the Revo Micro is fully compatible with the Revo ecosystem, so you can easily change nozzles without tools or hot-fixing at room temperature using just your fingers. With an anodized black heatsink, the Revo Micro not only cools, it looks cool too.
Our special manufacturing process gives this aluminum HotEnd the strength and low thermal conductivity of titanium.
Factory sealed nozzles and heat resistant nozzles in one, making them easy to install and leak-proof during use.
Revo HeaterCore heats up in seconds. It's also much safer - unlike other solutions on the market, the positive temperature coefficient (PTC) means that Revo HeaterCore cannot melt in extreme temperatures: the power decreases as it gets hotter, reducing the risks of thermal runaway.
