Technical data
Expand your horizons. Explore your creative possibilities.
Stunning views. Impressive architecture. Spacious interiors. Captivating close-ups. Composing the perfect shot has never been easier.
The ultra-wide-angle 10-20mm focal length range makes it easy to expand space, enhance perspective and create dramatic compositions. You won't have to stand back to capture sweeping views. Plus, the minimum focusing distance of 0.22m lets you capture close-ups where your subject fills the entire frame.
Travel light and capture more
Its compact design makes this wide-angle zoom lens an excellent choice for use with Nikon's ergonomic high-resolution DX-format DSLR cameras.
Exceptional brightness
Enjoy rich, vivid colors and full-frame sharpness. Don't worry about unwanted reflections from bright light sources when shooting.
Always accurate
Whether you're shooting video or stills, Nikon's Vibration Reduction (VR) technology helps create blur-free images and capture sharper shots in low light.
Smooth, fast and quiet autofocus
Focuses on subjects with absolute precision. The near-silent autofocus also allows you to record movies without unwanted focusing sounds.
Highly suitable for cinematography
Give your footage a special touch. Easily compose breathtaking shots that will help viewers immerse themselves in your videos.
Create sharp images, show more of the landscape, or simply use an ultra-wide perspective when filming in small spaces. You can use the dedicated focus ring for smooth manual control: slowly and smoothly shift the focus from the foreground to the background. Or vice versa.
