The pan fits the original Lodge cast iron lid matching the diameter of the pan, glass lids from other manufacturers with a wide silicone rim can also be adapted.

The frying pan is made of durable and ecological material - cast iron, which is not afraid of scratches, does not require special kitchen tools, is ready for use, impregnated with oil. The thick bottom and walls distribute heat evenly throughout the pan. The even heating of cast iron maintains consistent and even cooking, which allows you to enjoy perfect homemade baked goods and stews, preserving all the beneficial vitamins and minerals.

Maintenance is very simple. You only need to wash it with warm soapy water, dry it immediately and smear it with fat (vegetable oil), forming a light surface of fat. There is no need for the pan to be sticky, you only need to lubricate it enough to restore the shine and the natural, permeable properties of cast iron.

Attention! Always heat and cool gradually, starting at a low setting, never going past medium, and working your way up to the highest setting, depending on your stove. Heating too fast or too much can cause deformation or stress fractures, which can cause the vessel to crack.
