Made of carbon steel, this universal pan provides excellent heat conductivity and resistance to high temperatures. It can be used on all types of stoves, including gas, induction, electric and ceramic, as well as in ovens up to 220°C. The ergonomic carbon steel handle has a hole for hanging, but the pan is not dishwasher safe. It must be preserved before use.
