Made of carbon steel, this universal pan provides excellent heat conductivity and resistance to high temperatures. It is suitable for use on all types of hobs including gas, induction, electric and ceramic. The ergonomic carbon steel handle has a hole for hanging, and the pan can be used in the oven up to 220°C. However, it is not dishwasher safe. Canning is required before use.
