It ensures even heat distribution thanks to the fan and also offers steam cooking. The oven will fit 4 baking trays 429 x 345 mm . The distance between the guides is 74 mm . The double-layer glass door has gravity ventilation and opens from above. The device has indirect, manual humidification, controlled by a button, without spraying on the heaters (container with deflector).
